In these cases, NO amount of willpower or resolve will help us change until we rewire our subconscious beliefs and programming, bringing them into alignment with the person we wish to be.
In these personalized and collaborative sessions, Hypnotherapy and Coaching techniques are used to help you make meaningful transformations in your life.
We begin in the conscious realm of thought. We’ll have a conversation to identify areas of your life you’d like to change or improve and discuss unhelpful patterns as well as desired outcomes. We then move into the subconscious realm of emotion, where limiting beliefs and defense mechanisms can be reframed and upgraded in ways that serve your goals.
My role is to help you find and maximize opportunities for healing, inner resourcing and resolution. I use specific techniques to help you discover clarity in your life, reach your goals, and promote sustainable behavior change. We will work together to navigate the subconscious space in a way that serves you, gaining you access to your own innate wisdom and an understanding of the thoughts, patterns, and beliefs that drive your behaviors.
